RESERVATIONS
Please call (207) 781-9976 to make your reservation. We ask at the time of your reservation that you provide us with a credit card number to secure your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
We have reserved time just for you. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please call at least 24 hours before the start of your first scheduled appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, we will be forced to charge 50% of the booked services to your credit card. Group bookings require at least 48 hours cancellation notice. Late arrivals may require shortened services at full fee.
ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will give you enough time to change and relax before your session. We ask that you turn off all cell phones and beepers while in the spa and leave valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are at your discretion, and are always appreciated by our technicians, aestheticians and massage therapists. The industry standard is between 15-20% of the cost of each individual service, and what you choose to give depends on your level of satisfaction with the service you received. For groups of three or more people, an 18% service charge will apply.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Always the right size and color and very much appreciated, no matter what the occasion! Gift certificates can be used for both services and products and can be purchased at Rejuvenations, by phone, or at www.RejuvenationsMediSpa.com. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue, are non-returnable and non-transferable. If you receive a Gift Certificate, please bring it with you on the day of your service.
ENVIRONMENT
We strive to offer our guests a quiet and soothing environment to rejuvenate body and soul; please refrain from using cell phones and other paging devices while in the Spa. Our environment is not conducive to babies and young children, so please, make arrangements for child care prior to your visit.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for store or spa credit. Sales of all discounted or sale items are final. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds.
NO SMOKING
Rejuvenations Medi-Spa is a Non-Smoking facility.
